Sport Adapter - Generation 3

Upgraded the adapter from my Generation 1/2 Flex Suction Mount to the new Generation 3 Sport Adapter. Connection is now rock solid, easy to operate and matches my new Sport - Universal Cradle for my iPad Air2. Easy to unscrew plastic Gen 1/2 mount, cut the post down three threads, applied small amount of Loctite, then screwed on new adapter. Total time, less than 10 minutes. Ready to get back in the air with my stylish and solid Flex Suction Mount, Gen 3 Sport Adapter upgraded.

Very well made and useful in a the cockpit and car. The RingO works and lasts much better than the previous version.

The rotation feature is more stable and it has not broken loose in flight as the first generation did. I just wish they had a program to retro fit my older ipad mounts to the new system (given that I have two of the older versions.)
