All products purchased from and manufactured by MYGOFLIGHT are covered by a one year warranty against any manufacturer defects or failures. You may request replacement parts, a repair or an exchange for a replacement within one year of the invoice date. All repair costs and related shipping costs in the Continental US under this Warranty Policy will be covered by MYGOFLIGHT. Customers outside the Continental US, please see our International Shipping Policy.
Before returning any merchandise, customers should contact us first to discuss any issue that you have and we can see how to best resolve it. This helps to avoid unnecessary shipping charges as often issues can be resolved over the phone. If you would like to request an RMA, please go to the Completed Orders section of your account and select the product you would like to return. Once we receive the RMA, you will be contacted to finalize the return.
Returned merchandise must be in resalable condition, including original packaging and accessories. Everything included with the product must be returned. A restocking fee may apply in the event the item is not returned in original condition.

If you have an issue beyond one year, please contact us anyway. We will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Our goal is for your product to perform well for a very long period of time.
Normal wear and tear of the product, misuse or lack or care, mishandling, accident, abuse, abnormal use, modification or alteration is not covered by our Warranty.
If a product is discontinued within the warranty timeframe, the customer will have the option to receive a store credit worth the price the customer paid for the item or choose to pay the difference for the newer replacement model.
Items must be purchased from MYGOFLIGHT.com or approved retailers in order to qualify for warranty coverage.
Non-MYGOFLIGHT branded products are sold "as-is" and carry their manufacturers' warranty.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MYGOFLIGHT EXPRESSLY STATES THAT THE IPAD IS NOT TO BE USED AS A PRIMARY FLIGHT INSTRUMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL MYGOFLIGHT OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF MYGOFLIGHT PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF VALUE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS THAT ARE USED IN OR WITH THE PRODUCT, OR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS THAT ARE USED IN OR WITH THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF MYGOFLIGHT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
MYGOFLIGHT HAS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION TO CONSUMER ELECTRONICS DEVICES OR OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY THAT ARE IN THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IPADS, CELL PHONES, HANDHELD DEVICES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA CONTAINED IN THE FOREGOING DEVICES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY DAMAGES THAT YOU MIGHT INCUR FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL DAMAGES REFERENCED HEREIN AND ALL DIRECT OR GENERAL DAMAGES IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE), THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF MYGOFLIGHT AND ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT.
